Simply put our Pumpkin Spice Tea Latte Cookies are pumpkin perfection. ​ Ingredients:​ 1 TBS Ruby Oolong Tea, finely ground​ 1 TBS + 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend​ 1 tsp Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt​ 2/3 cup Salted Caramel Sugar​ 3 TBS Espresso Sugar ​ 2 ¼ cup flour ​ ½ cup shortening​ 1 cup sugar ​ 2 TBS molasses​ 6 TBS pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) ​ 1 egg​ 2 tsp baking soda, dissolved in a little hot water​ 2 cups powdered sugar ​ 2 TBS warm milk ​
